Here’s another shot in the series… I guess they’re both wishing for something. My computer — well, one piece of software — has given me so much trouble the past 24 hours. I finally figured out the problem: a brief second of corrupted video. If I were a little less stubborn, then I would have said the software didn’t work. It works. But I was just wondering, by the time I die, how many hours (days, weeks…) will I have spent working through glitches in technology that’s supposed to make things more efficient? Of course, I’m doing things people only dreamed of ten years ago, at a cost though.
